Terms & Conditions

After you have ordered the ticket(s), we will send you an invoice. You have guaranteed your participation only after you have fully paid the invoice.

Please note that the participation fee doesn’t contain lunches or coffee breaks.

Please let us know about your non-participation at least ten working days before the event by sending an email to info@marketingmeetup.eu. In this case, we will refund your participation fee entirely or cancel the outstanding invoice.

If you notify us about your non-participation 5-9 working days before the event, we will refund half of your participation fee. If you inform us later or forget to inform us, we will, unfortunately, not be able to refund your participation fee.

The organizer of “Impact Marketing Meetup” reserves the right to make changes to the programme.

The organizer of “Impact Marketing Meetup” can take pictures and make videos at the event and share them with other participants as well as in public media. Also, the organizer can use these photos and videos for marketing purposes.
